Pricing Information
No Refunds on Holiday Weeks, Weekends, or Special Events.
No Refunds on Rental Units.
7-Day Cancellation Policy for Non-Holidays and Weekends.
A cancellation fee of $25 will be applied for all reservations.
All prices are based on 2 Adults and 3 Children (Ages 13 and Under).
Children 14 and over are considered adults.
Maximum of 4 adults per site.
If additional guests are added to the party at the time of check-in, the fee for the additional guest is $10 per person/night.
Vehicles per site:
Maximum of 2 vehicles per site, each additional vehicle is $10 per night.
Holiday Rate is applied for the following weekends:
Memorial Day, July 4th, ATV Weekend, and Labor Day Weekends. Thursday through Monday nights with a 2-night minimum stay required.
