Campground Policies

Please be aware that White Birches Camping Park has the following polices in place during your visit.

  • Hours of Operation (During Summer Hours)

    The office is open the following days:

    Monday: 8:30 AM - 9:00 PM
    Tuesday: 8:30 AM - 9:00 PM
    Wednesday: 8:30 AM - 9:00 PM
    Thursday: 8:30 AM - 9:00 PM
    Friday: 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM
    Saturday: 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM
    Sunday: 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM

    Check-In: Between the hours of 1 PM – 9:30 PM

    Check-Out: 11 AM

    All guests must register at the office between the hours of 1 PM and before 9:30 PM. All equipment must be set up by 10 PM. No unregistered guests will be permitted in the campground after 9:30 PM. You will not be permitted to check-in until the following morning beginning at 8 AM when the office opens.

    No reservations will be allowed to check-in after 9:30 PM.

    Please plan your trip accordingly.

  • Campsite Policies

    A maximum of 4 adults per site.

    See Rates for additional details.

    Each site is allowed ONE camping unit per W/E and W/E/S sites, no tents can be setup on sites with a trailer.

    We are Pet Friendly
    No extra charge, but we ask that you keep all pets on leash (electric collars are not accepted as a leash).

    No Pets allowed in Rental Units.

    No ATV Trail Access from the Campground.

  • Cancellation Policy

    No refunds on holiday weeks, weekends, or special events.

    No refunds on Rental Units.

    A 7-day cancellation window for ALL non-holiday and weekends.

    A Cancellation fee of $25 will be applied for all reservations.

  • Visitor Policy

    We allow daytime visitors to join our registered guests – a visit fee does apply.

    Max guests allowed is 4 per site.

    Visitors may not bring their pets.

    All visitors must register in the office before entering the campground and pay a visitor fee. No visitors will be permitted to enter the campground after 8 PM. All visitors must be off campground property by 10 PM.
