Campground Rules

 

As a registered guest of White Birches Camping Park you have agreed to the following camp rules:

  1. Check-in Hours: All guests must register at the office between the hours of 1 PM and before 9:30 PM. All equipment must be set up by 10 PM. No unregistered guests will be permitted in the campground after 9:30 PM. You will not be permitted to check-in until the following morning beginning at 8 AM when the office opens.

  2. Check-out Hours: Check-out is no later than 11 AM. If you plan to extend your stay make arrangements with the office prior to 10 AM. A late departure will be charged a half-day rate.

  3. Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM every day. Staff will conduct nightly observations on sites and will speak with guests if they are not adhering to the quiet hours respectfully.

  4. Electric Car Charging: Charging a vehicle on your site is prohibited. There is a charging station at the building by the pool. Please see the office for more information.

  5. All visitors must register in the office before entering the campground and pay a visitor fee. No visitors will be permitted to enter the campground after 8 PM. All visitors must exit the campground by 10 PM.

  6. All campfires must be extinguished by 11 PM. Fires must remain in designated (and existing) fireplaces. Do not move fireplaces, or place plastic, metal, or glass in fireplaces. If any of the previous are found, there will be a fee charged.

  7. Pets must be leashed at all times and cleaned up after. Electric collars are not an acceptable form of leash on our property. Do not leave pets unattended at your site. No pets are permitted in any building or pool/playground area.

  8. Standing trees are not to be cut. Anyone found cutting trees or peeling bark will be evicted from the campground.
    Firewood can be bought at the camp store. No chain saws are allowed.

  9. Do not leave children unattended on the campground. Bicycles are to be ridden on roads only. Playground hours are 8 AM to 8 PM.

  10. Dishwashing is not permitted in bathrooms. The dish sink is located outside Midcamp bathrooms.

  11. All trash is to be put in the dumpster located beside the playground. Do not leave trash on-site or in bathrooms.

  12. Do not dig ditches, holes, or otherwise disturb the ground in any way. Any damage found will be a charged fee.

  13. Do not trespass on any guests’ site, nor take picnic tables from other sites. Damage to tables will result in being charged a fee.

  14. All gray water from your unit must be caught in a bucket or tank and disposed of properly. It is against the law to release dirty water onto the ground.

  15. We are not responsible for loss or theft.

  16. No washing cars and/or trailers.

  17. The following are prohibited on campground property: metal detectors, firearms, drugs, fireworks, generators, and operating off-road vehicles.

  18. Emergencies: If an emergency occurs with you, your family, or your personal property, notify the office immediately, help is available. For after-hour emergencies, please notify the office and call 911.

  19. Pool Rules: Read and observe posted rules at the pool. Any infractions and you will be asked to leave the pool area. Children 13 years and under must have a parent or guardian that is 18 years or older present.

  20. The management reserves the right to evict any person or persons who either do not observe our rules or who infringe upon the rights or enjoyment of any other person. No refunds will be made for evictions or early departures.
